Partner Thai YogaEnjoy a profound sense of release and deepening as you and your partner help each other to integrate body, mind and soul.

You will be guided through an experiential journey, using assisted stretches and therapeutic Thai Yoga bodywork techniques that can be done by, and to, most people without requiring any prior experience of Yoga or massage. 

Practice comfortably clothed, on a special arrangement of mats on the floor, while the instructor demonstrates each move on a model – verbally and visually directing the group through a satisfying sequence of stress-releasing, soul-retrieving Thai-style Partner Yoga Massage.

All of the moves can be performed by anyone with just a medium level of fitness and flexibility, as long as a kneeling position can be maintained for a few minutes at a time.

Partner Thai Yoga Massage classes may consist of anything from a few hours in a Yoga studio or private home, to several days of workshop in a retreat-style setting in a diverse range of environments.

Private training is also available and can be tailor-made to suit the needs of individuals, couples and small groups anywhere in the world.

GUIDED PARTNER CLASSES

Couples Classes

Enhancing Wellbeing, Naturally, Non-Verbally

Participants are guided through an experiential journey, using assisted Yoga stretches and therapeutic Thai bodywork techniques that can be done by, and to, most people without requiring any prior experience of yoga or massage. 

They practice comfortably clothed, on a special arrangement of mats on the floor, while the instructor carefully demonstrates each move on a model, verbally guiding the group through a satisfying sequence of stress-releasing, soul-retrieving Thai Yoga Massage.

One person acts as the “Giver” and is more active, while the other is the “Receiver” and is more passive. Later, the roles are switched, allowing participants to experience both ends of the spectrum.

WEEKEND WORKSHOPS

Group Classes

These classes expand on the foundation of the Guided Partner Class.  They include additional group sessions for training and review of the guided sequence. 

There is enough time for detailed instruction and another session at the end to review the partner thai yoga massage techniques learnt over the weekend. 

These workshops could be anywhere from 3 to 15 hours contact time for instruction, comfortably spread over a couple of days, allowing for meals and relaxation.
