DeonThai™ YOGA Therapy is a radically relaxing and deeply revitalizing form of energy-balancing bodywork, uniquely blending assisted Yoga stretches and Northern Hill Tribe (Nuad Bo Rarn) Traditional Thai Massage techniques into a blissfully integrated experience. Results typically include the deep release of energetic blockages in the body and mind, as well as improved spinal alignment, better physical balance, improved joint mobility and increased flexibility. Sessions are performed with the client comfortably dressed on a special mat on the floor. Typically, the practitioner will use most of his body, including feet, knees, forearms (and hands) to weave together a sophisticated sequence of deeply healing stretches, rhythmic acupressure and gentle rocking moves.
At times, the therapist may work blindfolded during an entire 2 hour session, in order to facilitate greater focus, perception and connection to the subtler energetic aspects of this highly interactive healing process.
The client’s body is physically assisted and supported by the practitioner at all times. Private sessions are individually tailored to accommodate specific needs, regardless of age, gender, health, flexibility or physical fitness.
Our most important guiding principle is the belief that “Wellness” is the natural state of being for everyone - and that the real power of any healer is purely in their ability to facilitate and assist the one who needs to be healed into a vibration that allows that healing to flow from within – from the Source of Grace that is inside the one who desires the healing.
