This specially designed Thai Yoga Massage Therapy Mat Set provides excellent density, consistency and pliability, whereas more traditional Shiatsu and Thai Massage mats, made from futon-like cotton batting, or cylindrically stitched mattress-type mats, are uneven and not as effective for long-term, intense practice, mostly spent on the knees and tops of the feet.
